Psychotherapist

I am a psychotherapist, counselling lecturer and disable veteran specialising in how people grow through adversity and discover meaning in the midst of suffering. My own journey - from frontline military service to living with a life-changing injury - shapes the compassion and depth I bring to my work.

I practice integratively, drawing on psychotherapy, depth psychology and philosophy. I see people not as problems to be solved but as complex stories to be understood. I am particularly interested in how trauma, identity and existential questions weave through our lives, shaping who we are and who we might become.

Alongside my clinical work, I teach counselling, which continually renews my belief in our human capacity for growth and transformation. Above all, I aim to offer a collaborative, thoughtful space where clients can explore their difficulties safely and begin to move towards new possibilities.
